Dear Joe, Kayla and the rest of the staff at Mullenbach Funeral Home, I just wanted to tell you how very grateful we are for everything you did for my Mom. We were very pleased with the way everything was handled.You took care of each and every detail. Our hearts were so at ease from the first time we sad down with Kayla until the last minute of the service. You all are so caring, loving and most of all so professional. You are truly the best of the best and we would without hesitation highly recommend your services to anyone in need. You took care of my beautiful Mother In Law in September and my beautiful Mother this December. It's been difficult but you and your staff helped us through this ordeal. Terry Mantos Blooomingdale, OH During the illness and recent death of our mother, our hearts were heavy and saddened, our minds were spinning with confusion as to what to do and when. Decisions we had to make and what was best for Mom was always at the forefront of our hearts and minds. We decided we needed to meet with a funeral director. One of our sisters had lost her husband a few years ago and she suggested we contact Joe at the new Mullenbach Funeral Home in Follansbee, WV. Joe had handled her husband's services before opening the new funeral home. After our first of several meetings with Joe, we were comforted, blessed and guided as to what we needed to do, when we needed to contact him again and everything we needed to do in betweeen. Joe took special care to see that our sister from South Carolina was included in all aspects of the plans whether she was here or at home. Every aspect of this process was treated with professionalism, grace, respect, and comfort. we will forever be grateful to Joe for making this, one of the most difficult times in our lives, almost a blessing and a tribute to our beloved mother.
