During the illness and recent death of our mother, our hearts were heavy and saddened, our minds were spinning with confusion as to what to do and when. Decisions we had to make and what was best for Mom was always at the forefront of our hearts and minds. We decided we needed to meet with a funeral director. One of our sisters had lost her husband a few years ago and she suggested we contact Joe at the new Mullenbach Funeral Home in Follansbee, WV. Joe had handled her husband's services before opening the new funeral home.

After our first of several meetings with Joe, we were comforted, blessed and guided as to what we needed to do, when we needed to contact him again and everything we needed to do in betweeen. Joe took special care to see that our sister from South Carolina was included in all aspects of the plans whether she was here or at home. Every aspect of this process was treated with professionalism, grace, respect, and comfort.

we will forever be grateful to Joe for making this, one of the most difficult times in our lives, almost a blessing and a tribute to our beloved mother.

I can't say thank you enough to Joe Mullenbach and his staff!!
